I consider myself lucky as I have had very little trouble falling or staying asleep for most of my life. Lately, however, I have been having more difficulty getting a restful night's sleep. I've been trying to find ways to better set myself up for some quality shut-eye. I have tried similar alternatives from other brands in the past, however, I just had to give these two their time to shine because they have been so incredibly effective in my night time routine. Deep Sleep Breathe In is a roll-on oil blend that is 100% natural. It contains lavender as well as vetivert, chamomile and patchouli, which are known for their calming properties. The formula also includes cardamom and sandalwood to help relieve tension. To reap the benefits, I apply the blend on my wrists and inhale it deeply for a few minutes before going to bed and it instantly makes me feel relaxed. The scent is very potent, with lavender coming through as a top note.
I've been a fan of perfume oil blends for many years, and love that I have come across a blend specifically formulated to deliver results on the restful sleep front - something we all deserve to achieve after a long day. Deep Sleep Pillow Spray has been a godsend, too. I had been using the same pillow mist from oNature for years, which I also like, but I have found this new addition to be a little gentler on the nose, longer-lasting (the scent stays for 2-3 nights compared to one night) and it does not stain my pillowcase with oil drops like the other one does. The scent is equal to that of Deep Sleep Breathe In but a bit less concentrated I would say. I've been using both the roll-on and spray simultaneously, however, if I had to recommend just one, it would be the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray simply because it is longer-lasting so you get more bang for your buck.
